Dedicated vehicle air conditioning solutions
Parking & auxiliary air conditioning
For tactical and special-purpose vehicles that need climate control while stationary, Lumikko offers a battery-powered parking and auxiliary air conditioning solution. The same unit can also provide additional cooling capacity while the vehicle is moving.

Military Air Conditioning Unit, 5 kW
Flexible 5 kW cooling for personnel carriers. Designed for retrofit installation in military personnel carriers, this compact air conditioning unit provides reliable cooling and interior air recirculation. It can operate as a standalone unit or provide additional cooling alongside an existing HVAC system.

Military HVAC standards readiness
Lumikko military vehicle HVAC systems can be engineered to meet demanding defence platform requirements, including electrical, climatic and electromagnetic compatibility standards.
- STANAG 2601 – Electrical systems in tactical land vehicles.
Designed to support tactical vehicle electrical system requirements and platform-level interoperability. STANAG 2601 covers the standardization of electrical systems in tactical land vehicles. - NATO AECTP-230 – Climatic conditions.
Built for reliable operation across demanding climatic profiles, including hot dry, intermediate, wet warm, wet hot, mild cold and intermediate cold environments. AECTP-230 provides climatic condition data and guidance for defence materiel design and test criteria.
- MIL-STD-461 – EMC / EMI requirements
Available with electromagnetic compatibility design and verification against MIL-STD-461 requirements for electronic, electrical and electromechanical equipment and subsystems.
