The central refrigeration unit in the restaurant car has four refrigeration circuits that control the freezer and refrigerator equipment in the kitchen area. The refrigeration unit is installed on the train roof leaving the kitchen area fully available for catering operations. The system can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
